The Hive
The Hive is designed to provide a structured, nurturing, and responsive environment for pupils with additional needs within our mainstream setting. It serves as a central point of expertise, intervention, and pastoral support, ensuring that pupils receive personalised provision that enables them to access the curriculum, develop essential life skills, and participate fully in school life.
The Hive supports the wider school by modelling inclusive practice, offering staff training, and promoting a culture where all learners are valued. Through targeted interventions, specialist strategies, and strong relationships with families and external agencies, the Hive ensures that every pupil is equipped to thrive both at school and beyond.
